Who's complaining?

With most of the rest of the US, well at least 20 states, under a heat dome with temperatures in the triple digits, no one in Bellingham is complaining about temperatures in the sixties and low seventies, with occasional showers.

We're beginning to think that we've got the only decent weather conditions in the country. No complaints here.




And conditions have been prime for the varieties of birds sighted this year - from humming birds, to eagles and hawks, jays - you name it. Today a purple house finch stopped by to show off, and we definitely took notice.
