As El Niñoand an unrelenting Pineapple Express battered and drenched the West Coast Bellingham managed to fair better than most communities in Western Washington. So today Vic and I and Casey took full advantage of a short-lived break in the action for a walk around a glassy Lake Padden, and our timing was spot on. It's been raining ever since.
