Lunch on the 4th at Boundary Bay



Nothing says Happy Independence Day like a Dry Irish Stout and a Scotch Ale at yesterday’s late lunch at Boundary Bay Brewery and Bistro.
Top these off with wild catch salmon pesto and BLAT (bacon-lettuce-avocado-tomato) sandwiches and your stomachs are doing the 1812 Overture.




OK, an exaggeration – but the food’s great and the home brew is the best in Bellingham.
