Days end radiance

Golden Ears Peak, 1,716 m (5,630 ft)

Grabbing my attention early this evening was the display to the north of Bellingham of the Golden Ears mountain group taking the full brunt of a dazzling sunset.

As a Hesperian cascade of waning sunlight started to pour down the south face of the Garibaldi Range, it was going to be worth sticking around for the end of the show.
