Every Wednesday Bellingham's Veterans For Peace chapter vigils with banners and flies the VFP flag at busy intersections in town during peak commuter traffic as part of VFP's How Is the War Economy Working for You? campaign. The message is always the same, that the US fights senseless, illegal wars that result in collateral damage that includes an economic spiral eventually costing the country trillions.
